A mother dog with five puppies also adopted a pair of orphan lambs in south India. The adorable adoption took place in Dindugal district of Tamil Nadu on October 1, and began with human couple Sakthivel and Dhanam who kept a goat and a dog. The goat gave birth to a pair of lambs however the mother died due to sudden illness, while around the same time a dog named Vellai Raja gave birth to five puppies. The dog was nursing its puppies and seeing the orphaned lamps came over to feed them as well.
