Kiko to probe 'anomalous' irrigation projects

Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Modernization Francis Kiko Pangilinan plans to look into allegedly anomalous irrigation projects. On ANC's Beyond Politics, Pangilinan said among his priorities is cleaning up the agriculture sector and ultimately give support to farmers. On the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit, President Aquino had said he is having a certain agency investigated due to an anomaly.
