That's according to Tokyo-based Asahi Shimbun on Tuesday, citing Seoul's government officials and North Korea-China traders. After the summit in June, Beijing decided to send1 million tons of food aid, including corn and 800-thousand tons of rice. Thanks to that temporary relief, the paper suggested the North might behave even harsher towards the South.
