Things in West Bengal appear to be heating up by the minute. In the latest incident, a group of men, reported to be TMC workers, allegedly set the BJP office in Hooghly on fire. The attack came hours after the BJP issued a veiled warning to the TMC, asking the party to “mend its ways” or face consequences. Furious over the attack on the West Bengal BJP headquarters by TMC activists, BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya lashed out at City Police commissioner Rajeev Kumar for tuning a “blind eye” to the attack.
