N. Korea's denouncements against S. Korea do 'no help' to improving inter-Korean ties: Ministry

The ministry said today the ongoing Combined Command Post Training exercise is not a large-scale field drill that targets the North, but only a computer-based exercise that prepares for the OPCON transfer from Washington to Seoul. It added the drill does not violate the inter-Korean military agreement. Pyeongyang's foreign ministry issued a statement on Sunday lashing out at Seoul, saying it won't talk with the South unless it pulls out of the joint military exercises or provides a convincing reason.
