National Assembly to vote on extra budget bill, resolution condemning Japan on Thursday

South Korea's National Assembly will hold a session today to vote on the multi-billion dollar extra budget bill. The full floor meeting is scheduled for 2 PM, Korea time,... but it could be delayed... as parliament's budget committee has yet to complete deliberations on the bill.
