Zahid: Umno will not cooperate with parties working with DAP

The Umno Supreme Council has unanimously agreed to cooperate with PAS based on the principle of 'taawun siyasi' (political cooperation), said president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. According to Ahmad Zahid, the two parties will issue a joint statement on the cooperation through their secretary-generals tomorrow. According to Zahid, the agreement will not 'open the door' to any party that has a relationship with DAP.
