An auto-reconditioning plant in the south of France is taking old cars and making them go va va vroom again, all on an industrial scale. A reconditioned used vehicle means you have a vehicle with all the guarantees, with a budget that is obviously much lower than a new vehicle, says Nicolas Chartier, co-founder of Aramis Auto in France's Drôme region.
