Transport Minister Anthony Loke responded to criticisms from his predecessor Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai on Thursday over the new ruling on tinted rear car windows. Loke said a committee had been set up to approve applications for car owners to have all car windows tinted for security and health reasons.
