The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered separate cases against a private company and the promoter of another firm besides unknown public servants in connection with the coal block allocation scam. Searches are being carried out at six places in Nagpur, Mumbai, Jangir and Bilaspur at the official and residential premises of the accused persons and firms.
