Delhi government expresses helplessness by saying it can't intervene in matters of private hospital. In an ugly display of cold-heartedness of hospital authorities in the national capital, employees of a private hospital in west Delhi dumped the body of a newborn baby in a garbage bin on Monday morning. The baby girl had died on Sunday night within 24 hours of her birth.
