Cyclone 'Komen' hit the Bangladesh coast on Thursday evening, bringing with it heavy rainfall in Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha, the Met department said. After making landfall in Bangladesh, it is expected to move west-north-westwards and weaken gradually.
