Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said it would not be bad if his government fulfill about half the promises made before the polls, in five years. Addressing a gathering on the eve of ‘Civil Services Day’, he also said that his government is trying try to evolve a transparent system of rewards and punishment in order to fix responsibility and create competition among officials to improve their efficiency.
