Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) chief Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday cleared that the party will not be a part of opposition’s Mahagathbandhan. Briefing the mediapersons on the issue, he said, “As far as the Mahagathbandhan is concerned BJD is not a part of it. We will continue our policy of equidistance from Congress and BJP.” Patnaik also attended the Finance Commission Meeting and said, “At the finance commission meeting today, I discussed the pace of transformation has been remarkable and the growth has been inclusive.”
