Occurred on October 28, 2018 / County Cork, Ireland Info from Licensor: This video shows an extremely dangerous driver on the road. The driver was driving for over an hour, mostly right-hand side of the road. The driver was swirling and speeding all the way through, nearly crashing into numerous other road users. The driver was reported to the Garda. It was a miracle there wasn't an accident.
