Police have ordered the evacuation of a neighbourhood in Luxembourg city after a massive blaze broke out on an industrial estate. Footage captured today (September 14) shows a column of black smoke rising above the city – the home of many European Union institutions. It is believed that a warehouse in the Hamm area caught fire around 10 am BST.
