<p>A terminally ill man who was a patient at a hospital in Voorhees Township, New Jersey, got to share a special moment with his newborn great-granddaughter before it was too late.</p><p>Joy Caitlyn Phero shared a video of her beloved “Pop Pop” meeting her daughter, Chloe, on June 13.</p><p>Phero thanked the hospital staff for helping to arrange the special visit, writing, “In his words his life is now complete just because of this moment.”</p><p>In the video, the elderly man wells up with emotion as the baby is wheeled into his room in an incubator.</p><p>Phero’s grandfather died on June 18.
