CoastGuardNews.com ALAMEDA, Calif. - The Coast Guard rescued a man and a woman stranded on a pleasure craft at Chipps Island, on Thursday. An Air Station San Francisco HH-65C Dolphin helicopter,located them and hoisted them to the helicopter.
