A city centre gore-met burger bar is serving up a horrific Halloween treat - an 8oz burger topped with a generous sprinkling of dried INSECTS. The special seasonal 8oz patty is grilled with a gruesome cocktail of meal worms, buffalo worms, crickets and locusts - all finished with a crown of American cheddar and mozzarella. Staff at Sheffield's 8oz Burger Co say the ghastly gastronomy has brought customers crawling in from far and wide to taste the protein-packed horror feast, which comes with a side of sweet potato fries. Waiter Matt Harding said: It's had a mixed reaction so far. We had one customer come in who was a bit of a burger connoisseur and he absolutely loved it.
