BMW presented their i8 hybrid supercar to the Middle-Eastern markets at the 2013 Dubai International Motor Show. Like the recent flurry of hypercars, the i8 couples an electric engine to a more traditional petrol one, in this case it's an inline 3 1.5litre engine for 230hp and an additional 130hp through the front driven electric engine; the total gets it to 100km/h in the mid 4s.
