(deseeded & finely diced). ✔ 1 tbsp –corn kernels. (fresh and boiled). DAIRY: ✔ 1 cup – freshly grated cheese. ✔ 1 knob – butter. CONDIMENTS: ✔ 1 tsp – oregano. ✔ 1 tsp – chilli flakes. CANNED GOODS: ✔ 1 tbsp – ketchup. PASTA & GRAINS: ✔ 1 slice – bread. STEP BY STEP: 1.
