An Intelligence Bureau inspector was kidnapped and killed by armed militants in South Garo hills district of Meghalaya, according to the reports. Inspector Bikash Singh, who was abducted along with a cloth merchant, was found dead on Friday. He was newly recruited as Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) in Meghalaya.
