This question has been frequently asked so I figured out that I'll put the broad explanation in one video. NOTE: You have the option Not to follow what I just said. I am aware that some of you don't really like to cut your hair so if that is you, I totally respect your opinion. As I've said, I went to 2 stages of damage on my hair. The first damaged I actually cut my hair because it was incurable, it had no hope at all. The second one however I survived because my hair was completely damaged so I just trimmed the strands of that has split ends, but I didn't cut the length of my hair.
