Diplomats set plan for political change in Syria

A new round of talks have begun in Vienna to try and resolve the crisis in Syria. Russia and the United States briefly put aside their differences to condemn the attacks on Paris as the meeting began. Al Jazeera's Mohammed Jamjoom reports.
