Cuba: FARC Stops Weapons Purchases

During a brief recess in the peace talks between FARC rebels and the Colombian government, FARC spokesman Timoleon Jimenez, known as Timochenko, announced that his group stopped all weapons purchases last September 30. Colombia’s second guerrilla group, the ELN, has published a video showing two soldiers they captured last month during clashes with the Colombian army.
