Just sharing what ive been using to help my keratosis pilaris somewhat go away so they dont look so creepy. Stuff ive been using is: Clean&Clear deep action . While this is not a cure (nothing can make your body stop producing it altogether), this is a great way that I have found to manage your chicken skin on any part . Keratosis pilaris is a common, autosomal dominant, genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough, slightly red, bumps on the skin.
