Suraj Parmar, a prominent city builder whose Cosmos Group projects are spread across the city, was found dead at his construction site, with a single bullet injury on his right neckline. The injury was probably caused by a shot fired from his licensed revolver and police claimed preliminary evidence from the spot and an 18-page hand-written note recovered from his sedan, parked outside his office, suggest it was a suicide.
