Activist Lena Hendry fails to strike out censorship charges

Activist Lena Hendry has failed to strike out charges against her under the Film Censorship Act 2002, for screening the documentary, No Fire Zone: The Killing Fields of Sri Lanka, at a human rights event last year. The Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled today that Hendry's trial at the Magistrate's court must continue.
