PKR director of strategy Rafizi Ramli today alleged that a prominent deputy minister was among those who benefited from an exercise to hand the construction of the Tapah UiTM campus to a private concessionaire. Rafizi claimed that the deputy minister holds a minority share in the concession company, which is registered in Kuala Lumpur, and also has his daughter and a close business associate sitting on the board of directors.
