Selagor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim has finalised the state's water restructuring deal with Putrajaya. Khalid inked the Master Agreement of the water restructuring deal with Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Maximus Ongkili in Putrajaya this morning.
