MANILA - Labor groups are disappointed with the result of their dialogue with President Aquino on Tuesday, a day before Labor Day. Labor leaders urged the President to act on 8 issues including the passage of the security of tenure bill that will minimize the contractualization of workers, resolution of extra-judicial killings against labor leaders and passage of the freedom of information bill.
