Comelec proclaims 14 party-list winners

MANILA The Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed Friday 14 winners in the party-list elections. The 14 are: 1. Buhay 2. A Teacher 3. Bayan Muna 4. 1 Care 5. Akbayan 6. Ako Bicol 7. Abono 8. OFW family club 9. Gabriela 10. COOP-Natco 11. AGAP 12. Cibac 13. Magdalo 14. An Waray Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes said the 14 party-list groups are already guaranteed one seat in the 16th Congress after getting 2% of the total votes cast for the party-list race.
