The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), along with Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) will form a task force to implement the new policy against out-of-line and colorum vehicles. The Joint Administrative Order (JAO) which stipulates higher fines and penalties against colorum buses and vehicles will be implemented starting Thursday.
