The tornado was first reported by local press</a> and the uploader of this video</a> at about 7pm in Carroll County, heading toward Lake City. The roof was blown off a local high school as dozens of people took refuge in its basement. This video has extensive footage of the tornado on the move, including the roof of a barn being ripped off.
