im nude in the bath sitting here, while unde the shower as i cry, yet laugh you got such amazing power the tier thats here up upon, my head i wonder why it still hurts so much bcuz my heart is broken, its dead my body misses your touch the crown you placed on my head you once said that i was your princess why not now? the hot water surrounding my body as the hot water falls from above i wish when i remove the stopper, from the drain that all my memories, and all this pain would go with the water, as it leaves the tub... this tier that sits here its not made with jewels its made with promises broken for a senseless fool its a fake token for all the lies spoken as i sit here nude, willing the pain to just leave and i beg for it to just go so that i may bereave the man i used to love and know the shower falls just like my tears i no longer have the will power not the strength im filled with so much fear that htis somber shower will always be waiting here krissi b'williams poemhunter.com/poem/somber-shower/
