Lives offers a window on the Latin American continent, as seen through the eyes of ordinary individuals that bring the viewer to the essence of the region. In today's program we visit Bogota, Colombia for the 14th Spanish American Theater Festival. This year Brazil was the guest of honor and offered visitors a taste of its traditional, contemporary, and street theater; then to the Southern Cone, with its Gaucho culture as reflected through dance, specifically the tango; and finally, a talk with Venezuelan singer and songwriter Ana Cecilia Loyo.
