Typhoon Neoguri Hits the Shores of Okinawa

<p>Japan braced itself as Typhoon Neoguri made landfall on the southern island of Okinawa on Tuesday, July 8. The typhoon was downgraded from super typhoon status on July 8 but is still predicted to be one of the most powerful storms to hit Japan in a decade.
