Dunya News-Army escorted as polio teams administer vaccines in Khyber Agency

Polio workers continued to conduct the vaccination drive on Thursday under the protection of the army in the Bara tehsil of Khyber tribal region. During the campaign 160 thousand children will be vaccinated orally in four stages. Tight security arrangements have been made for the campaign. Hence fourth phase of polio campaign has begun in Bara, the subdivision of Khyber Agency. Army and Security forces personnel are monitoring the campaign. During the campaign, started from May 4, a number of 38000 children have been vaccinated till then.
