California Man Gets One Napkin, Sues McDonald’s For $1.5 Million

In late January Webster Lucas sat down to eat at the Glenoaks McDonald’s in Pacoima only to find he had only received a single napkin with his meal. He went back to the counter to get more but Angel, the store manager, apparently refused. That’s when things apparently got racist and Lucas is now unable to work because of the confrontation. He’s suing McDonald’s for a whopping $1.5 million.
