Ingredients: 1/2 tin cream style corn 2 tbsp Milk 3 tbsp Flour 1/2 clove garlic ( pounded ) 1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste salt 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1/2 cup water chestnut (chopped) 1 small spring onion (chopped) Breadcrumbs Oil Method: - Mix the milk and cornflour and pour it on the cream style corn - Add clove garlic paste, ginger chilli paste and salt and mix everything well. - Turn on the flame and keep stirring till it becomes thick. - In a separate pan warm sweet chilli sauce and add water chestnuts to it - Mix everything well to make a dry filling - Add spring onions to it and keep frying it for few seconds more. - Turn off the flame, add salt to the filling and mix everything well - Mash the corn mixture, add the chestnut filling to it and mix well. - Make small balls from the mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs - Deep fry the balls till golden brown and serve it with sweet chilli sauce.
