I talked to Halifax, who were horrible to me. It put me off wanting to talk to MBNA, RBS, and Barclays. I have inquired about a IVa but to be honest the thought of using equity on my home after the five years are up is scaring me. Plus the company I talked to has been critical of CCCS. I feel if I tell MBNA etc I have nothing to lose, that I will declare bankruptcy (I won't) or go the IVA route (i might)...unless they reduce interest payments so I can pay them back. Are they likely to work with me on this? -
