Possible suspect in Boston marathon bombing seen on CCTV footage

Though no arrests have been made in the Boston Marathon bombings, media reported that authorities are interested in at least one person shown on CCTV footage holding a black bag moments before the second bomb exploded in a yet-to-be released surveillance video. The man being sought is a white male seen in the video on a cell phone placing a black bag at the second bomb site outside of the Forum restaurant on Boylston Street before walking away. He was wearing a white baseball cap backwards and a grey hooded sweater under a black jacket at the time. Media outlets have identified the footage as surveillance video taken from a Lord & Taylor department store on the Boylston Street. According to these reports the man was using a cell phone at the second bomb site when the first bomb exploded.
