A request for Hello Kitty; kawaii 3D hello kitty nail design. I wanted to make one that was slightly different from the Hello Kitty designs you usualy see - so I made her into a cupcake :) Hope you like it. You can use nail polish instead if you want, and keep the background simple as well.
